2. Going backward to go foward

Now, I wanted to go Dogye station, Gangwon-do where is outbound way. But I need to wait more than 4 hours to get outbound train.

So, take the inbound train first that arrived on 20 minutes later and transfered outbound train at the Yangpyeong station which was all trains have stopped.

#1628 Mugunghwa bound for Cheongnyangni

It delayed 5 minutes due to rain. Moreover, the crew member open the door manually because it had been broken by rain.

Arrived at Yangpyeong station. The local train waited for passing Mugunghwa train first.

This station also small station until 2006; But it renewed big station with glass since metro has serviced.

40 minutes are left to take next train, I was going to see Namhan River.

Okay. This is namhan River....is a joke.

It's a normal stream in the Yangpyeong downtown, but it overflowed caused by rain.

This is real Namhan river. It took only 5 minutes from Yangpyeong station.

Maybe it was nice view if clear sky, but about that time it was overflowing muddy river.

Return to the station and waiting next train.

I didn't know the reason but train delayed almost 10 minutes.

Maybe this delay due to train has some problems, because this line has double-track so it couldn't be late easily.

#1633 Mugunghwa bound for Gangneung.

Now I traveled long way until Dogye station, Gangwon-do. As you see the display, it delay 2 minutes more than previous picture.

This display equipped on the train which made in 'Limit-Design' only. Most of all it turns off but sometimes it turns on as like this picture.

It shows station information when the train are approaching to the station.

The train entered Yeongdong line passing Taebaek line.

The solan tunnel was under construction for replaced switch-back.

(Present, the tunnel is open and switch-back was closed)
